Little Lambs Preschool

Group Photo

MUSA offers three programs within our preschool. We offer a school-year program, before- and after-school, and a summer program. All of these programs are for ages 3-5 (before Kindergarten). All programs are located in the Steel Rivers COG Building at 1705 Maple Street Room 203 in Homestead.

Preschool (School Year)

The preschool follows The Creative Curriculum, which focuses on exploration and discovery learning through large and small group instruction, socialization, formative assessments, and correlating lessons. This allows us to implement language and literacy, mathematics, social studies, imaginative play and physical activity. Units and structured lessons are developmentally appropriate and include daily circle time where the students are taught phonological awareness, problem solving skills, motor skills, and much more!

This program offers:

  • Breakfast, Lunch, & Snack
  • Indoor/Outdoor Play Areas
  • a Keystone STARS Level 4 Certification
  • 10:1 Teacher/student ratio
  • Raising a Reader Literacy Program
  • Community Partnerships

Our staff will walk the child to their other classroom for 8:30 A.M., and pick them up when their class is dismissed.

This program offers:

  • Snack
  • Kindergarten Readiness
  • Free Play
  • Small Group Instruction

Time: 7am - 8:30am &  1:30pm - 6pm (Monday-Friday), closed on major holidays
