The After School program is open to students who attend Barrett Elementary School in-person, and provides snack, dinner, homework help, social interaction, physical activity, and enrichment activities until 6pm Monday through Friday. Upon school dismissal, students come directly to the After School Program in the cafeteria of their school. The After School program begins on Friday, August 27 and coincides with the Steel Valley School District calendar. MUSA is a state-licensed Quality Campaign member and a STAR 2 facility.
Cost: $135 per week, pro-rated for holidays and school in-service days. Limited income-based scholarships available based on answers provided in the application. Sibling discount available.
MUSA will fully cover the weekly copay amount for families enrolled in Child Care Works subsidy (previously called CCIS). Barrett students: use Provider Number 9111214162-3. Call 412-350-3577 and ask to speak to a Family Navigator.
Limited scholarships are available for families who are ineligible for CCW and facing financial hardship.
